- Any cancellations made between 7 business days (16:00 local time) to 3 business days (16:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 16:00 local time, 3 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- If no whales are seen, passengers are entitled to a return cruise. In the event that the cruise is cancelled due to bad weather, customers may reschedule their cruise. If it cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be made.
- Concession rate is available to full time students over 15 years of age and Australian seniors with appropriate ID (Student card or seniors card).
- Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol prior to, or during the activity. In the event of misconduct, the skipper/master reserves the right to terminate the charter. If the person in question and or any person in their group is prohibited from boarding, the person(s) will not be entitled to a refund or any other form of compensation.
- The schedule and menu are subject to change.
- The MV Jerry Bailey is built for all weather cruising, with plenty of room inside the vessel on both the upper and lower decks. Windy and rainy conditions are not reasons for a cruise cancellation. If guests choose not to travel in inclement conditions, they will forfeit the cost of the cruise. However, in the event of extreme weather conditions, the cruise may be cancelled in the interest of passenger and crew safety.
